Heavy Duty Ductile Iron Access Hatches – 600 kN | EN 124-2 Certified
Our ductile iron manhole covers are equipped with heavy duty solid top covers and designed to withstand loads up to 600 kN, fully compliant with the EN 124-2 standard. These access covers ensure durability and long-term performance in demanding environments.
The KE range of access covers is specifically engineered for areas imposing high wheel loads, e.g. docks, aircraft pavements. These access hatches are also suitable for a wide variety of underground structures, offering reliable access solutions.
Triangular covers and non-rock design by means of three-point suspension provide high stability under heavy traffic flow conditions.

Hatch Cover(s) – Spheroidal (ductile) cast iron EN-GJS-500-7.
Finished by water based black paint, environmentally friendly.
Hatch Frame – Steel hot-dip galvanized,
average thickness 90µm according to ISO 1461.
