Our ductile iron manhole cover is equipped with solid top covers and designed to withstand loads up to 400 kN slow traffic flow, fully compliant with the EN 124-2 standard. This access cover ensure durability and long-term performance in demanding environments.
The EP100 locked access cover is specifically engineered for installation in dry network chambers, including telecommunications and fibre optic infrastructures. This access hatch is also suitable for a wide variety of underground structures, offering reliable and secure access solutions.
Each access hatch is supplied as standard with a ¼ turn locking device, ensuring easy operation, enhanced security, and efficient maintenance access.

Certification

Material
Hatch Cover(s) – Spheroidal (ductile) cast iron EN-GJS-500-7.
Finished by water based black paint, environmentally friendly.
Hatch Frame – Steel hot-dip galvanized,
average thickness 90µm according to ISO 1461.
