Standard manhole cover KC class D400
Equipped with solid top cast iron cover and a steel frame in D400, KC access cover range is designed for installation on dry networks chambers such as telecom or fiber optic networks, or on underground structures.
Triangular covers and non-rock design by means of three-point suspension, high stability in heavy traffic flow conditions.
Place of use
D400 : Carriageways of roads (including pedestrian streets), hard shoulders and parking areas, for all types of road vehicles.
Certification
Complies with the requirements of EN-124-2 standard. Third-party certified with TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH mark.
Material
Hatch Cover(s) – Spheroidal cast iron EN-GJS-500-7.
Finished by water based black paint, environmentally friendly.
Hatch Frame – Steel hot-dip galvanized,
average thickness 90µm according to ISO 1461.
