The self-limiting flange adaptors for the OD 25, 32 and 40 enables a flanged appliance to be fitted to PVC or PE pipes.
Material
Flange : Spheroidal Cast Iron GJS 420-5.
Gasket : EPDM.
Grip : brass.
Bolts : galvanized steel.
Coating
Epoxy paint coating RAL 5005.
Reinforced thickness of 250 microns and ACS approval.
Assembly
Flange adaptor assembly with mechanical joint for cast iron, PVC and PE pipes complying with current standards, delivered with O-rings and bolts. Watertightness and gripping is made by an axial compression of the gasket. Backlash (J) for angular deflection must be respected. The recommended tightening torque for the bolts is 2 daN.m.
