Check the outer diameter of the pipe to be connected.
Check that the end of the pipe is rigid, round and smooth and corresponds to the range of use.
Align the pipe with the value to be fitted and adjust the fitting using this mark.
Tighten the nuts crosswise and no more than 2 turns at a time to bring the joint evenly onto the pipe. Respect the final tightening torque and check that the radial gap between the pipe and the counter-flange is constant. These instructions will guarantee the full performance of the product.
Note: when using at the minimum value of the operating range, start tightening before assembly to simplify installation in the excavation and ensure constant radial spacing.
Tightening torque of the socket: 4 to 6 daN.m.
Permissible angular deviation on the socket: 3°30.
