PT | Ductile Iron Access Hatch – 250 kN | EN 124-2 Certified
The PT range of ductile iron access hatches is designed for underground utility applications. Certified to load class C250 in accordance with EN 124-2, these access hatches provide a durable and reliable access solution.
The P range is particularly suitable for district heating, district cooling, hot-water and steam distribution networks, thanks to its large clear opening.

Complies with the requirements of EN-124-2 standard. Third-party certified with TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH mark.
Place of use
C250 : For gully tops installed in the area of kerbside channels of roads which when measured from the kerb edge, extend a maximum of 0,5m into the carriageway and a maximum of 0,2m into the footway.
Material
- Hatch Cover(s) : Ductile Iron EN-GJS-500-7. Finished by water based black paint, environmentally friendly.
- Hatch Frame : Steel hot-dip galvanized, average thickness 90µm according to ISO 1461.
