MAXUM 600 is a hinged solid top manhole cover D400 made of cast iron suitable for all types of heavy traffic flow areas: cars and HGVs at urban speeds.
Place of use
D400 heavy traffic flow: Carriageways of roads (including pedestrian streets), hard shoulders and parking areas, for all types of road vehicles – road tested.
Certification
Complies with the requirements of EN-124-2 / NF-110 standard.

Material
Cover and frame: Spheroidal cast iron EN-GJS-500-7.
Water based black paint or raw (without paint)
Gasket: non-rock design by means of EPDM monobloc molded.

MAXUM RAW : the manhole cover without coating
SOVAL offers the MAXUM in a raw version without paint for:
- An optimization of the carbon footprint during the manufacturing process and end of volatile organic compound (VOC) in sewerage systems
- Technical and economic impact with a higher cement mortar and concrete grip adhesion with the frame, a manufacturing and delivery process maximized, a self-protection of the cast iron through a natural oxidative process: the patina effect.
