Ductile Iron Socket Fittings

SOUPLESSUR and SOUPLESSUR-T ductile iron fittings connect cast iron pipes in drinking water supply networks. The range includes flanged sockets, couplings, bends and tees, together with compatible sealing and restrained joint kits.

SOUPLESSUR fittings use mechanical socket joints. Depending on the fitting and selected joint kit, SOUPLESSUR-T fittings allow mechanical or TYTON push-in assembly.

Nominal diameters: DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250 and DN300, depending on the fitting.
Material: ductile iron fittings conforming to EN 545.
Coating: reinforced epoxy powder coating, minimum thickness 250 μm in accordance with EN 14901, ACS compliant.
Sealing gaskets: EPDM conforming to EN 681-1, ACS compliant.
Mechanical joint fasteners: cast iron nuts and grade 8.8 steel bolts with GEOMET 500 Grade B coating.
Allowable operating pressure (PFA): according to the fitting, diameter and selected joint kit.
