PTVAA access cover D400 slow traffic flow
Ductile iron access hatches equipped with solid top covers, 400kN slow traffic flow according to EN 124-2 standard.
The PTVAA SLOW locked, hinged and lift assisted access cover range is designed for installation on dry network chambers such as telecommunications or fibre optic networks, or onto every underground structure.
Access hatch comes as standard with a ¼ turn locking device.

Main features
¼ turn locking device with stainless steel H22 hex. head (other heads upon request).
Hardware and fasteners made of stainless steel.
Gas strut assist lift.
Safety blocking device to prevent accidental cover closure.

Complies with the requirements of EN-124-2 standard. Third-party certified with TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH mark.

D400 slow traffic flow : (including pedestrian steets) Hard shoulders and parking areas, for all types of road vehicles.
Material
Hatch Cover(s) – Spheroidal (ductile) cast iron EN-GJS-500-7.
Finished by water based black paint, environmentally friendly.
Hatch Frame – Steel hot-dip galvanized,
average thickness 90µm according to ISO 1461.
