Product description

Ductile iron fittings for PVC pipes 11°15’ double socket bend are used to connect a flanged part to a rigid PVC pipe in water supply and irrigation systems by interlocking.

Material

Spheroidal cast iron GS 420-5.
EPDM gasket.

Coating

Epoxy paint coating RAL 5005.
Reinforced thickness of 250 microns and ACS approval.

Assembly

Assembly with double automatic push-in joint fittings for PVC pipes in compliance with current standards.
The pipes to be fitted together must be cut perpendicularly and chamfered at the end.
Watertightness is made by a radial compression of the EPDM gasket when the pipe si simply fitted.
Backlash (J) for angular deflection must be respected.
